High Performance

Diving Plongeon Canada, in partnership with Dive Ontario have created the CDI-Toronto. The institute is based out of the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre and provides a world class facility and training environment to help Ontario and Canada's most promising divers realize their potential on an international stage. Divers from across Ontario and Canada who show potential for national and international success, may be invited to the Toronto Diving Institute.

The program runs 6 days/week; 20 hours per week. 

Divers at the high performance center receive training and support from a team of top diving coaches, sport science, and sport medicine experts that include:

• Strength and Conditioning
• Physiotherapy
• Nutrition
• Bio mechanical Analysis
• Sport Psychology

Entrance to this program is by invitation only.
