Competitive

At this level, divers are expected to compete at Ontario Provincial competitions, and potentially across Canada to achieve national qualifying standards, in order to attend Junior National competitions.

• Divers train 5-6 times/week in 3 hour sessions. 
• Divers can expect to attend 4-7 competitions, typically taking place from December to July.

Entrance to this program is by invitation only, typically advancing from our Competitive Foundations program. Former high performance competitive gymnasts or other acrobatic athletes may also be invited to this level upon assessment.
