Competitve Foundations

Divers in our Competitive Foundations program are building on their fundamental skills, in order to advance from competing at the Aspire level to the Provincial level competitions across the province. 

• Divers train 4 times/week in 3 hour sessions
• Divers can expect to attend 3-6 competitions typically taking place from January to May

Entrance to this program is by invitation only, typically advancing from our Technical Foundations program. New divers assessed and invited to this level will most likely have high level competition experience in gymnastics or another acrobatic sport.
